Book a student stall

Student socities and sports clubs can purchase a stall at this year's Freshers' Fair NOW! Find out more below

Purchase your stall here! 

If you are part of a student society, here is how you can purchase a stall: 

1. Head to: https://oxfordsuevents.native.fm/event/freshers-fair-student-stalls-2024/226681 and select the kind of stall you want to purchase for your society. Make sure to select the right kind of stall for your group. 
2. Log in using your University email address, the same one you use to log in to the Oxford SU website 
3. During the checkout process, you will be asked three questions so we can identify your student society
4. Use promo code: FRESHERS24 and make sure to tick the apply promo code box. You will not be able to complete the checkout process without this. 
5. Once your payment has been made you will receive an order confirmation email. 

DISCLAIMER: Stall holder regulations will be sent out prior to Freshers' Fair.
