a space for critically questioning what philosophy is and how we're doing it. we engage with philosophy across all forms and content, stepping beyond its traditionally western narrative.
a journal space for critically questioning what philosophy is and how we're doing it, in form and content. we welcome work that investigates received assumptions about the nature and aims of philosophical inquiry, including contributions that question structural norms of currently dominant research programmes. opp contributes to rigorous discussion of these matters in part through openness to different genres, styles and themes. we explore this through an annual journal, events, podcast, open forum (blog, review forum), online classroom (philosopher features, free online courses, reading lists), poetry, prose, and art. the aim is to make room, at oxford and beyond, for the possibility of strengthening, broadening or contesting our interpretative frameworks and field of consideration. open for all.
