Staff Testimonies:

Arthur Kaddu

Student Engagement Coordinator

" A Students' Union is a fantastic place to work. There’s so much variety to the work we do here at Oxford SU, and we are always trying something new. I think that is my favourite part about working for an SU, the range is something you won’t get to do to the same scale in other jobs. Oxford SU is an especially interesting place to work due to the unique context of the University. It’s a great place to challenge yourself in a new environment if you are interested in SU’s or Higher Education."

Katie Heath

Former Income Generation Team Leader

"When I first joined the SU, I had just finished University and had very little experience in a professional environment. From the moment I joined, the team were incredibly supportive and continually encouraged me to grow and develop my skills. Over the course of two years, I’ve gone from an Assistant position to being a Team Leader, looking after my own staff and running projects. In addition, the SU has enabled me to study for my ILM level 3 management qualification, as part of my personal development within the role. The SU provides a unique, fun and friendly environment in which to grow your skills and confidence, and provides you with the freedom to explore your passions."
