We are a wine-tasting society aimed at wine education through blind wine-tasting. Before tasting, we place wines in a wine sock so that the label is not seen. The aim of this game is to identify the grape variety used, its origins and the vintage of the wine. This can be achieved through deduction from an accurate description of the wine's appearance, aroma, flavour and structure.
