The Karate-Do Shotokai (KDS) Association was founded by Sensei (Master) Harada in 1963. In its most basic form karate is concerned with developing a realistic method of self defence that ensures an attacker is effectively disabled. We are a friendly and relaxed group that enjoy practicing Karate together, both as a method of self defence and a form of exercise. We'd love to have you come along and try out our martial art!
