A research report by the LGBTQ+ Campaign and OULGBTQ+ Society based on concerns bout the pastoral duties of College Heads towards their students and staff, specifically those from marginalised minority groups. We recommend the adoption of a variety of policies to ensure the University's commitment to promoting equality and diversity, and to give full meaning to the University's and College's equality policies.
